Achievers are smart and determined. They’re goal-oriented and have high expectations; which often leads to success.

However, achievers of all ages can often get stuck in perfectionism, loneliness, and apathy when under stress.

Greater Heights Therapy exists to help achievers, like you, overcome stress and reach your goals with renewed energy.

I’m Stephanie,

Owner of Greater Heights Therapy in Houston, Texas. I have spent the last 20 years as a social worker helping people like you establish greater well-being.

So many successful, high-striving people struggle with feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected. It’s not easy for anyone to deal with these feelings, but for people who feel like they have to hold it together on the outside, experiencing the effects of stress can be unbearable.

I’m here to help you navigate the demands and pressures that come with being a hard-working, high-achiever. Together we’ll create a road map to get you back on track so you can feel like yourself again.

You are more than your achievements.

We’re taught to prioritize success. And somehow along the way your worth became tied to what you do (making good grades, getting in to a good college, performing at work and providing for those around you).

It’s okay to want to be better and do better but it’s also important to know that you are enough.

And if you don’t believe it right now, working with a therapist in Houston like me can help!
